Installation

Pytomo3d has dependency on obspy (version 0.10.2), pyflex and pyadjoint. Please install those packages first. To detailed instruction, check INSTALL.md.

1. Install from source(recommended):

   git clone https://github.com/wjlei1990/pytomo3d
   cd pytomo3d
   pip install -v -e .
   

2. Install from pip:

   pip install pytomo3d
